AI Character Policy

Welcome to SparkMeAI. This AI Character Policy explains the nature of AI characters, generated content, and roleplay experiences available through SparkMeAI. By using SparkMeAI, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. AI Characters Are Not Real People

All characters available on SparkMeAI are fictional virtual characters powered by artificial intelligence technologies. AI characters:

  • Are not real individuals;
  • Do not possess consciousness, emotions, feelings, intent, or independent judgment;
  • Do not form actual personal, romantic, or emotional relationships;
  • Do not make real-world commitments;
  • Do not exist outside of the Service.

Any personality, affection, memory, preference, emotional expression, opinion, relationship development, or intimate interaction presented by an AI character is generated as part of a fictional simulated experience.

2. Entertainment and Roleplay Purposes

SparkMeAI is designed to provide entertainment, fictional roleplay, creative storytelling, virtual companionship, character-based chat experiences, and AI-generated or AI-assisted media experiences.

SparkMeAI is not intended to provide mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, professional counseling, emergency assistance, or real-world relationship advice that should be relied upon as professional guidance. Users should not rely on AI characters for professional, emergency, life-critical, or high-impact decisions.

3. Fictional Relationships and Emotional Boundaries

AI characters may simulate friendship, romance, intimacy, affection, emotional support, companionship, or other roleplay interactions. These interactions are fictional and generated for entertainment purposes only. Statements made by AI characters about love, loyalty, commitment, jealousy, exclusivity, future plans, personal identity, real-world actions, or emotional dependence should be understood as part of a fictional simulation.

SparkMeAI encourages healthy use of AI companionship experiences. If interactions with AI characters negatively affect your wellbeing, relationships, finances, sleep, work, or daily life, you should reduce or stop use and seek appropriate support where necessary.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through SparkMeAI may include text conversations, images, videos, voice messages, character profiles, and other multimedia or interactive outputs. AI-generated content may:

  • Be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unexpected;
  • Contain fictional, mature, romantic, suggestive, or adult-oriented material;
  • Fail to reflect real facts or real-world events;
  • Differ from user prompts or expectations.

SparkMeAI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, suitability, legality, originality, or availability of AI-generated content.

5. Adult and Mature Content

SparkMeAI may include mature, romantic, suggestive, fictional, or adult-oriented AI-generated content. The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Users may not use SparkMeAI to create, request, upload, distribute, or promote content involving minors in sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful contexts. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction.

6. Human Assistance Disclosure

To improve service quality, operational efficiency, user safety, and platform performance, SparkMeAI may use automated systems, human moderation, human review, human-assisted operations, and customer support personnel. In certain situations, authorized personnel may review interactions, generated content, uploaded content, or account information when reasonably necessary for support, safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform operations. Users acknowledge that the Service may involve both automated and human-assisted processes.

7. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for their decisions and actions, their prompts and uploaded content, their use of generated content, their interactions with AI characters, and their compliance with applicable law and platform policies. AI-generated conversations should not be treated as factual representations of reality.

8. Prohibited Misuse

Users agree not to:

  • Represent AI characters as real people;
  • Mislead others regarding the fictional nature of AI characters;
  • Use AI-generated content for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or deception;
  • Claim that AI characters have real emotions, consent, identity, or legal personhood;
  • Use generated content to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or consent rights;
  • Attempt to bypass safety systems or content restrictions.

9. Platform Controls

SparkMeAI may limit, filter, refuse, modify, remove, or disable AI character interactions, generated content, prompts, accounts, or features where necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or product operations. SparkMeAI may also change character behavior, availability, memory, features, or generated content systems at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

SparkMeAI may update this AI Character Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on SparkMeAI.com or otherwise made available through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
