Content Removal Procedures

SparkMeAI respects the rights, privacy, dignity, and safety of individuals and is committed to responding appropriately to valid content removal requests. This Content Removal Procedures Policy explains how individuals may request review, restriction, or removal of content available through SparkMeAI.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to requests involving:

  • AI-generated images, videos, voice content, and text;
  • User-uploaded content, if applicable;
  • Character profiles;
  • Publicly displayed content;
  • Restricted, private, blurred, preview, or unlockable media;
  • Other content available through SparkMeAI.

2. Types of Removal Requests

SparkMeAI may review requests involving the categories below.

2.1 Privacy Concerns

Content that may reveal private information, disclose personal data, violate privacy rights, or expose sensitive personal details without authorization.

2.2 Impersonation or Likeness Misuse

Content that may falsely represent an identifiable person, create confusion regarding identity, misuse a person's name, image, voice, likeness, or persona, or suggest endorsement or affiliation where none exists.

2.3 Non-Consensual Intimate or Sensitive Content

Content that may depict or simulate intimate content involving an identifiable person without authorization, use personal images, videos, voices, or likeness without permission, violate applicable consent requirements, or involve harassment, coercion, threats, extortion, or abuse.

2.4 Content Involving Minors

Content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors in sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful contexts is strictly prohibited. Reports involving minors may receive priority review and may result in account termination, content preservation, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

2.5 Copyright and Intellectual Property Concerns

Content that may infringe copyright, trademark rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights. Copyright-specific claims may also be submitted under our DMCA Policy.

2.6 Other Legal or Safety Concerns

Content that may violate applicable law, promote unlawful activity, infringe individual rights, or create safety, abuse, fraud, or platform integrity risks.

3. Submitting a Removal Request

Requests should include:

  • Full name;
  • Contact email address;
  • Description of the content;
  • URL, screenshot, message ID, character name, or other location information sufficient to identify the content;
  • Reason for the removal request;
  • Explanation of your relationship to the content or the affected person;
  • Supporting documentation where applicable;
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Review Process

Upon receiving a request, SparkMeAI may review the reported content, request additional information, temporarily restrict or disable access to content, remove content, preserve relevant records where necessary, restrict or terminate accounts, decline requests that do not meet legal or policy requirements, or refer copyright-specific requests to the DMCA process. Each request is evaluated individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee content removal.

5. Urgent Requests

Requests involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, doxxing, extortion, or serious safety concerns should clearly state the urgent nature of the request. SparkMeAI will make reasonable efforts to prioritize urgent and safety-sensitive reports.

6. Processing Time

SparkMeAI will make reasonable efforts to review valid requests promptly. Response times may vary depending on request complexity, required investigation, completeness of the information provided, volume of requests, and legal or safety considerations. We may not provide detailed explanations where doing so could compromise privacy, safety, security, enforcement, or legal obligations.

7. AI-Generated Content

Where content is entirely fictional and does not depict or identify a real person, SparkMeAI may determine that removal is not required. However, SparkMeAI may still remove, restrict, or modify content at its discretion where appropriate for safety, policy, legal, or platform integrity reasons.

8. Appeals and Additional Information

If a request is denied or if content is removed and you believe the decision was made in error, you may contact us with additional information. SparkMeAI may review appeals at its discretion. Appeals should include enough information to identify the original request and explain why the decision should be reconsidered.

9. Fraudulent or Abusive Requests

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent removal requests may result in rejection of the request, account restriction or suspension, loss of access to request systems, and additional actions permitted by law.

10. Platform Discretion

SparkMeAI reserves the right to remove, restrict, disable, preserve, or refuse content when necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, enforce platform policies, prevent abuse, fraud, or exploitation, maintain platform integrity, and protect SparkMeAI, users, or third parties.
