Underage Policy

At SparkMeAI, protecting minors is one of our highest priorities. SparkMeAI is an AI-powered virtual companion platform intended exclusively for adults. Certain features of the platform may include mature, romantic, suggestive, or adult-oriented AI-generated content. Access to SparkMeAI is strictly limited to users who are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By accessing or using SparkMeAI, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • You are legally permitted to access adult-oriented or mature content;
  • All information you provide regarding your age is accurate and truthful;
  • You will not allow minors to access the Service through your account, device, or credentials.

1. No Access for Minors

Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from:

  • Creating an account;
  • Accessing the platform;
  • Using any SparkMeAI services;
  • Viewing AI-generated adult or mature content;
  • Interacting with AI characters;
  • Purchasing, redeeming, or using premium features, Sparks, or digital items.

Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions may result in immediate account restriction or termination.

2. Age Confirmation and Verification Measures

SparkMeAI may implement measures to prevent access by minors, including:

  • Age confirmation during registration or entry;
  • Access restrictions for adult or mature content;
  • Account monitoring and review;
  • User reports and moderation systems;
  • Additional age verification procedures where necessary or appropriate.

We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in restriction, suspension, or permanent account termination.

3. Detection of Underage Users

If SparkMeAI becomes aware or reasonably suspects that a user may be under the required age, we may:

  • Suspend or restrict the account immediately;
  • Restrict access to platform services;
  • Conduct an investigation;
  • Request age verification documents or other information;
  • Permanently terminate the account;
  • Preserve or delete information as appropriate under applicable law.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice.

4. Removal of Minor Data

If we determine that an individual under the required age has accessed or used SparkMeAI, we will take reasonable steps to:

  • Terminate or restrict access to the platform;
  • Remove, delete, or anonymize associated personal information where appropriate;
  • Delete related account data where legally and technically feasible;
  • Retain limited records where necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or enforcement;
  • Prevent future registration where permitted by law.

5. Prohibited Content Involving Minors

SparkMeAI maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors in sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful contexts. Users may not create, upload, request, generate, distribute, promote, or attempt to obtain content that:

  • Depicts minors in sexual or suggestive situations;
  • Sexualizes minors or persons who appear to be minors;
  • Exploits, endangers, grooms, threatens, or abuses minors;
  • Encourages illegal activity involving minors;
  • Attempts to bypass platform safeguards related to minors;
  • Uses age-regression, school, family, or similar themes to sexualize minors or ambiguous-age characters.

Any such activity may result in immediate account termination, content removal or restriction, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

6. Reporting Underage Access or Content

If you believe a minor has accessed SparkMeAI, or if you become aware of content involving minors, please contact us immediately:

Reports should include enough information for us to locate and review the relevant account, content, character, message, or media. We review reports involving minors as quickly as reasonably possible and take appropriate action.

7. Parent or Guardian Requests

A parent, guardian, or authorized representative may contact us if they believe a minor has created an account or provided personal information to SparkMeAI. We may request information needed to verify the request and locate the relevant account or data.

8. Policy Updates

SparkMeAI may update this Underage Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on SparkMeAI.com or otherwise made available through the Service. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
